Returns & Exchanges

At Rich Rover, we strive to provide top-quality products and excellent service. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

​​We offer 2 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 2 days for the returned product(s) Not allowing. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 200 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
Pick-up will be attempted once. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
For ALL orders, a store credit will be provided as soon as we get return parcel on your registered email address/contact number.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
Payments made with Order will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.

Returns

If the product or its fit is unsatisfactory, it can be returned to us. Please note that a nominal Return fee of Rs.200 will be charged per product. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the pickup and exchange, including handling, packaging, and logistics.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, kindly return it along with your order number.

Upon receiving the product and confirming the issue, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at info@richrover.com.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute Rich Rover's decision and accepts our judgment regarding cancellations.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note.

This credit note will be sent to your email and can be utilized for your next purchase on the Rich Rover website. Please ensure you use the credit within 30 days of its issuance.

Partial Order Exchange

Yes, you can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that some items may not be returnable or exchangeable.

Fit Issues

If a product doesn't fit and you require a different size, please request a size exchange with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a credit note for future purchases.

Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

Exchanges/Returns are not accepted due to dissatisfaction with the material or color of the product. We strongly recommend thoroughly reading the product description and reviewing all product images before making a purchase. Additionally, you can contact us for more details about the product. Please note that slight variations in color, finish, and appearance may occur due to screen resolution or lighting conditions. We do not accept exchanges or returns for color variations in such cases. Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for products that have been washed or worn. Products purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
